“Karen helped me to break through my barriers to being a confident, creative performance artist through EMDR. She creates a safe and nurturing environment and then, gently but powerfully, guides you into working through and releasing some of the negative experiences that caused the blocks. I found it very empowering!”
—T.J., composer and vocalist
